ABC T is for Trouble - Kenny K Biker girl

We are sponsored byt he fantastic Kenny K this challenge and the theme is Trouble. Here is my take on biker girl. I purposely did not add too much to the bike, I just wanted it to be background, not focus. I am happy with the hair, but the shading on the hat and jacket has not portrayed well onto the photo. The paper is an old basic grey pad called sugared, money is tight so having to use all my scraps up. I hope you like and will join us. The sketch is the current one for Papertake weekly.

Stamp and Create Design Team Project - Josephine and her pet cat Kiki, a photo album

I have made a photo album using Josephine cuddling her pet cat Kiki by Sarah Kay, the papers are Kaisercraft Lilac Avenue, I have used Satin ribbon to bind it together.

Guest Designer for Simon Says Stamp Challenge - Embossing

This week the challenge is Embossing. I have used this Belles and Whistles stamp Belle sitting with Teddy and coloured my image using copics. The Papers are Kaisercraft Lilac Avenue and the embossing folder is Victoria. The Lace is Wild Orchard Crafts as is the flowers, sorry about the slanted picture i was trying to get the last of the evening sunshine.

Lili of the Valley Milk and Cookies

I so need this stamp, the adorable Pops sent it to me as a RAK ages ago and I kept it for my FIL birthday card. Coloured in copics, the papers are Basic Grey Jovil (I could not find any boys papers I likes and then had an inspiration moment). For the Lili of the Valley challenge. I do think this looks like my boys, henry on the left and Ed on the right.

Please excuse me for lack of visits etc I am awaiting news of my ill Nan and I may have to do an emergency dash north this weekend. She is 89 and had pneumonia and a stroke in february and is going downhill.

ABC DT CARD - Strawberrry Tea

I am not sure what to call this image anymore as it was a Sugar Nellie and is now produced by Belles and Whistles. It is coloured in Copics and mounted on Basic Grey Eva pad. I have used Snuzzle Love from Wags and Whiskers, which has been mounted onto Kaisercraft Lilac Avenue paper. I have added Cluny lace, pearls, and the bow easy.

Tilda with Hawaii Flower

Still getting that weird filter on my pictures - can anyone advise or is it just the light at the moment. This gorgeous image is a rak of Jayne. Coloured in copics, papers are basic grey wisteria, the die is a marianne. The image looks wonky in the photo but it isn't in real life - eek my pictures aren't good at all at the moment are they! Flowers have frosted lace stickles on them. Hope you like it, I am entering it for just magnolia this week.

For some reason I seem to have a pastel filter on the picture, hmm may retake. This gorgeous image was a rak of Jayne. Coloured in copics, I decided to try peach a colour I have never used before and think she looks so pretty. I hope you like, it is overcast today and the rest of the country seems lovely and bright I have even got the tumbledryer on!

Lavinia Mushrooms and WOYWW

This week on Papertake Weekly it is anything goes with an option to use what you brought at the NEC and as I brought Lavinia's here is a card using them. I have brayered and coloured in distressed inks and the papers are Basic Grey pyrus. The flowers are WOC. I hope you like.

Blog Candy - Mine!

It is my 3rd anniversary of blogging on the 3rd April so I have put together a little candy. There are two of my favourite sweetpea stamps, Springtime Witch and Koi, a packet of Wild Orchard Craft Red Roses, 6 gold stems from WOC too and a packet of pearls. Juliet in the field of nasturtiums - Sarah Kay - Stamp and Create Product spotlight and April challenge

I have made a shaped card using the image Juliet in the field of nasturtiums by Sarah Kay, which I reflected in a pool of water created using 3d clear gloss finish. The papers are Basic Grey Cappella, and the button is also Basic Grey. I have used ivory crochet ribbon and scor tape, and crystal ice stickles to help me create this card. The puches are martha stewart and the flowers are wild orchard crafts.
