Have I been missed?

I cannot believe how awful I felt with this bug, into day 5 of anti b's and I have managed to get into my craft room! Thank you so much to Lacey and Nikki for giving me a pass for yesterday's Wags and Whiskers challenge of All White. Today I decided to break myself in gently with one of my all time favourite House Mouse Stamps.  I have coloured it using distressed inks and the papers are Basic Grey Boxer (which I don't think are still available). The sentiment is Hero Arts. I decided not to use actual flowers even thought the sketch had them on as I don't really like flowers on a male card (other than in the image) and I know my husband would not appreciate expensive glittered roses lol!

I do hope you like and I promise to visit everyone whom visite dme on WOYWW earlier this week.

Well actually nothing, there is one of my new HM stamps that I used last week and a cup of tea of course. Still feeling ill, day 2 of 7 of strong anti-b's and hopefully I will be back on my feet. I did get my DT package from Lacey this morning and it is lush so hope to play tomorrow when I feel better.

This is my housemouse which for some reason now I have uploaded it looks wonky, it isn't in real life I promise you. I have tried to keep it quite crisp as the image is large.

Stamp And Create Product Spotlight

I have choosen to spotlight He loves Me by Wags and Whiskers. The papers are Basic Grey Sugar Rush. The lace is my favourite Cluny lace, and the charm heart 2 adorns the flower via a jump ring.

The image has been coloured in copics, I do hope you like it. The beads was inspired by a card Heidi sent me for my birthday.

Something different today

I unfortunately have to attend a funeral this afternoon of a friends Mum and this is the card I have made for him. The stamp is magnolia antique letter and the flowers are woc. The ribbon and button are stash. The butterfly is a martha stewart punch.

As you can see I am toying with which papers to use with my new Kraftin Kimmie image. I am pleased to report that it is still neat and tidy, there are a few pads and scraps to put away nothing major though.

My baby starts nursery tomorrow. He will be going 8.45-11.45, he is so excited, I am sad he is growign up, will post a picture of Henry tomorrow for you.

WOYWW

Well I promised you a surprise!

 My desk, totally empty, no paper on the floor - infact it has been vacuumed! The cushion is one I made when I was 7! The chocolate box is empty bt has scrap green (leave coloured) paper in. The dairy cover is still there as due to snow then flu my sister has not visited yet. The note pad has all my challenges and dt committments in. Just tot he right you can see DH's stereo.

 Ok my crafting bookshelf, pretty explains itself i think, DH points out I can now find everything, I point out I have to move stuff to get to stuff now.

The draws (underneath) contain stamps and one draw is xmas stamps and paper, and one is made cards and the other scrap paper. The images are now all in one pile and my papers are all together which only fill half the box compared to it being full last year,need to look out for nice quality and patterned cheap papers.

Yes the room used to be the nursery hence the winnie the pooh stickers still up lol!

I hope everyone is feeling better and getting over the colds, I am still coughing and chesty when I try to exercise and my hot waterbottle of an evening is becoming a habit!

Longtime no card or play

I have not inked up any Sugar Nellies in ages, and have sorted out my craft room (wait till you see it on WOYWW tomorrow) and decided to show some of my old stamps the light of day - well VAT has gone up and so my crafting spending budget has been slashed from the small amount it was to practically nothing!
