Copics v Promarkers help req please

Hi

I have several promarkers but before I buy the new colours now that copics are available over here, I wonder which you all prefer. Is it easier to get a blend with copics or promarkers and also which is easier nib wise to colour in. All opinions help appreciated.

Hi, I have tried both and Copic wins with miles. However they are more expensive, but they are worth it! So easier to color with and awesome colors! Hope this helps! You should try a few and see for yourself! Hugs Nilla

I have a few of both. Like Promakers, but I can get Copic from my (30 mile run trip)local craft shop, so that's my only reason for having them. I like the small nib on the Promaker, whereas the Copic has a brush for good coverage but not so easy getting into tiny places! So far its Promakers for me!

I have both and love both - Secret Crafter is now stocking copic ciaos as individuals (not all the palette is loaded yet)so you could try a mix of both, depending on your colour preferences.

Hi Vicky, tricky one this. I have fads with both. I prefer Promarkers for more solid colours and Copics for shading, though I dont buy the ciaos so much now as like the smaller nibs on the sketch markers. Copics Blend, Promarkers will layer the colour so depends on the effect you are trying to achieve. Sorry, fat look of good I've been LOL. Thats why I've got both, very indecisive me!!!!!!!!!

I have both too hun but much prefer the pro markers as love the nibs on them and they tend to blend much better than copics, and also they do not run out so quick as only had my copics for a while and they have already run out yet my pro markers are still going love cheryl xxxxx
