WOYWW. Well I have been playing with my new Lavinia stamps and brayer set I go tfrom the NEC need more work to get the layers correctly. There are a few House Mouse Stamps ready to be coloured in the background too and the drying cards for mothers day behind. I only managed to visit 50 of you last week, hope to manage more this week.

Stamp and Create product spotlight - Go for Goal - Wags and Whiskers

 

I have made a pop up card using Go for Goal by Wags and Whiskers. The papers are Basic Grey Granola. The shape has been cut out using Nestabilies label 3 and i have added basic grey pearls in indigo/sky.

Hello, this is my delayed Stampa nd Create product spotlight that was half completed when I was taken sick, as you can see I wanted to finish her off before I posted.

I have used Fleur gathering flowers with Manon by Sarah Kay, the papers are Basic Grey Curio. I have added kaisercraft snow pearls and flowers to the box.

 The ribbon on the inside is crochet ribbon in ivory. Which has been attached using scor-tape adhesive.

Wags and Whiskers - Sophia

Well I am still in a distressing mood - need to get a new blade for the guillotine, so it lends itself well to this style! I have used the lovely Sophia for this challenge on Wags and Whiskers. The theme is spring inspired and I have used these gorgeous sheets from Bo Bunny that have been on the side for ages. I have kept the layout simple as I want the image to be dominate rather than the embellishments. I hope you like and find the time to join us.

What is on your work desk wednesday

Thank you so much for the lovely comments last week, I have picked myself up, dusted myself down and ready to carry on now! Ok desk today, from left to right, challenge note book in it's usual place, flowers still not tidie sup - whoops! A house mouse stamp which needs to go away. My neutral and most used copics infront of the image i am colouring for ABC I am running late and it will be up on my blog finished later. Cup of tea, milk one sugar, and a load of mess!

My Nan is getting better but my husband is now ill! I think I am living at the doctors as Henry has his MMR Booster tomorrow too!!!

Sarah Kay - Josephine cuddling her pet cat Kiki - Stamp and Create DT Card

This is one of the new releases from Sarah Kay called Josephine cuddling her pet cat Kiki. She has been coloured in using copics and cut out using large Oval nesties, The paper is Basic Grey Cappella, which has been distressed and faux stitched, with crystal stickles added to the edges, the music paper was a rak from an antiques dealer. The brown organza ribbon has been tied using the bow easy and little pearls added to the one corner. The flowers are WOC which have been stickled too.

Lacey is knee deep in moving boxes, so any orders placed at Stamp and Create right will not ship out until March 20th.

Saturday Song

Something a bit different but have a valid reason for showing this. I am not on line today as I am visiting my Nan, whom had a stroke and pneumonia nearly two weeks ago and is in a rehab hospice. I used to dance around my Grandparents living room dancing to this as a 3 year old, so has massive memories for me along with the other song on this double AA side - Rivers of Babylon (which you tube won't let me post)

What is on your workdesk wednesday

Not joined in for a while. Good news the tablets are working and I am starting to feel alot better. Seem to have lost my mojo a bit. I think it was because I applied to a few design teams and didn't make any of them and I am now going through the 'my work isn't good enough' phrase.

Well today I am just colouring what I feel like to file for when I fancy card making in the evening and the light is not good enough to colour.

Ok from the left of the desk is my book of challenges, had to quickly turn the page as not to give away future ABC Challenge topics. Basic grey infuse pad below it. At the top the pink bit of rubber is infact my first hAnglar kit :) My husband treated me!

Promise to get round every one whom comments and will try and do as many as I can x

Spring Witch Sweetpea Stamps - DT Stamp and Create and Magic Mondays

I have used Sweetpea Stamps Spring Witch whcih has been coloured in copics. The circle is a doily and i have coloured the grosgrain ribbon  using the pens. The ring and butterfly charm have been threaded through the ribbon. I have added a final touch of a few pearls, and added stickles to the flowers. The papers are Kaisercraft's lilac Avenue.

Lacey is currently moving, therefore any orders placed by noon EST on Wednesday March 9, 2011 will ship out before she moves. Otherwise, orders will not ship out until March 20th.

Hanglar boy with car

This is one of Edward's birthday cards, now his birthday is past (yesterday) I can show it to you, apologises for the late afternoon sun. The image has been coloured in copics and mounted on black paper. I coloured the ribbon with my copics, first time i have ever done this, how easy do it go on and how smooth, as I did not have the right colour red ribbon.

I am sorry not been around and I am so sorry to Lacey and Nikki for this being late. I am not to bad it has been the whole family this past week. My Nan has had a stroke and been in hospital with pneumonia. my step Grandad (another family branch) has had pneumonia too and my husbands Nan feel and broke her wrist. Add to this my eldest son's 5th birthday and holding a party here last night, my brain could take no more and frazzelled last night.

The papers are Basic Grey Ambrosia, ribbon is stash and the image is Angelique. I was not sure where to add any flowers etc as the papers are so busy. I hope you like and will join us at Wags and Whiskers for our more than one fold challenge.

I am so excited about this as you know I love their images so so much. Please come and join in, there is the wonderful prize of 2 stamps of the winners choice.

My card was made using Andrea Acorn and for once I have used no flowers on my card, I know it was a massive shock for me too, but the paper was so bright and jolly (Basic Grey Infuse) that I didn't think they were needed. Just a ribbon and a bit of lace as an accent.
