Spoonful of sugar meets Saturday Secret Crafter and Ed's Easter Hat for Lili of the Valley

Hi everyone - waves. I think I maybe turning the corner. I have seen a brill doctor today and we just wait on the remaining results and scan but it looks like no long term damage at this stage so happy. I have managed to finish this card I have been working on and it fits two challenges - spoonful of sugar numbers and secret crafter stripes. The papers are a mixture of basic grey scraps of pads I had on my desk. All faux stitched and the flowers added are prima.

Lili of the Valley - Guest Designer Call Enrty Card

I apologise now for the picture quality, it is so dark here today. We have had to cancel going to the Zoo for Edward's 3rd Birthday as it is terrential rain.
Wow this is my first card using my gorguss stamps and I love them, they are so easy to colour. I am already saving for the next release. I have used papers from the basic grey two scoops pack and have doodled around the borders. Not too sure if the swirls work, I was trying to follow the pattern on the paper. I decided to use the plain papers to accent instead of the fancy for a change and i think it works really well. I hope you like it.

Lili of the Valley - Anything Goes

Ok I took the title as it stated and experimented and this is what I came up with and in a weird sort of way it works. I used my Cutterbee Bug to mark 5mm holes and then joined them up at opposites with a green marker pen to create a frame for the image, which was a rak of Jane I think. The flowers are prima and the brads making memories. The paper was from the bottom of my stash and the image cut out using Nesties. The sentiment is a peel off from stash.
Would be interested to see what people think.

Lili of the Valley - Challenge, 3-2-1

Here is my entry for the Lili of the Valley Competition this week. Sorry it is a brief post and I have not been blogging, but the boys are still ill and everytime I leave them I get screams and tantrums of Ed my eldest. I promise I will do a catch up posting on cards on the blogs I follow, people who follow me and other people leaving comments on my blog over the weekend when my husband is home.

3 papers are K and Co, 2 ribbons - Papermania and stash, brad is a making memories one.

I hope you like.

Lili of the Valley Challenge 1 - Welcome

I enjoyed this challenge - I don't have any Lili of the Valley stamps at present, I am going to have to wait till the end of next month or put on my birthday list I am afraid. Here is my welcome card. I decided to do a generic baby card as I will not do specifically until a baby is safely born, (comes from having 2 prems and 2 friends whose babies died sadly just after birth). I hope you like it x
