I have used the new
pearl tilda and coloured her in blue copics! I then added
liquid applique to the bubbles to give them definition and then
crystal stickles to her scales and to create ripples on the background to give the impression of sea moving. The paper is
Echo park a boys life, adore the vibrant tones. I have tied some
wrinkled ribbon using the
bow easy and added a
small anchor charm. The buttons I used to hopefully give an impression of bubbles rising too are
basic grey jovial.
