WOYWW, One card and a diary cover

Well a day late, I am sorry but my ears and head are killing from sinusitus, I can't believe in one day I have slipped 50 places in the crafting rankings! As you can see I have a large cup of tea on the go as I managed to sneak into my craft room for a bit. My trusted colour chart to match against the papers. A box of odd papers under the desk including music paper for distressing. Some WOC flowers which are ready to refil my little boxes when they run out. There is a new Martha Stewart punch next tot he tea cup. Stazon pad which I am trying but afer 24 hours still not dry enough for copics, grrr.

A final altered diary cover. Image is a sweetpea, called Kimono Butterfly Mermaid - Ching Chou Kuik (which Lacey currently has in stock). Papers are basic grey Marjorim. Flower is prima hydrangas, 4 of them layered up with a pearl brad int he centre. The leaves are a martha stewart punch. The lace and ribbon are from WOC I think. The sentiment is LOTV.

My final card for today is made using my new LOTV Stamp sorry I don't know his name I brought him at the NEC. The papers are two new sheets of Bo Bunny I have been keeping for a special card. Coloure din copics, this little boy card is to be for Henry's first day in nursery on the 13th January. There is no uniform so I coloured him in browns and yellows, Henry's favourite colours.

Fabby cards hun, unfortunately Stazon will neverwork with Copics because it is solvent based. Your ink to use with Copics has to be water based. HTH.

Hope you had a fab christmas and that you have a wonderful New Year.

You've done a great job at the diary cover and Henry's card. Wish I had some time to visit my craft room this week but been trying to get the house organised for Seren's 6th Birthday party on Saturday! Its been really hard to arrange the house on my own but with 6 large bags of stuff gone to the charity shop hopefully the house is alot tidier lol!

Wishing you a lovely New Year 2011.

Love the cute little boy card and that's a sweet diary too. I don't use Copics but ti sounds like good advice from the others though, I never knew there was so much to the inks, I've learnt the hard way a couple of times this year with the different types of inks available.

Hi Victoria,
I use Memento and Versafine (you have to let it dry for quite a while though) with my copics. Never Stazon. Love your cards especially the LOTV one!
Happy final WOYWW for 2010 and Happy 2011!

I hope by now you are feeling better. I know I'm late getting here with WOYWW. I thought I had been here, but when I had to reboot, I lost track of who I had visited and now it's 2011 already. Took me a whole year to reach you (grin). Hope your New Year was healthy and as lovely as the diary cover. See you on Wednesday.
