ABC DT CARD - Mo Manning - The Engineer

Does this count as a CAS Card Ali?
The Engineer by Mo manning coloured in copics, can anyone recognise where the quote comes from, or the colours of the train are what line? Obviously a birthday card for my Dad.

    Hi Vicky, Fabulous card and such a wonderful image. Nice sometimes to do a CAS card. I would say this definately fits.
