Sketch and Stash meets spoonful of sugar (textures)

It may not look like much but is one of the most expensive cards that I have made! What is new - well the papers are from my K and Co tulip pad, the image was the first time I had coloured in distressed inks (apart from my trial with Cathy's), the ribbon I shook cutting as it is my stroking ribbon! The crochet flower was with the ribbon part of my birthday present of Cathy and I have resisted using for so long, but felt the need to use a tiny bit of it today. This is the different textures which qualify it for a spoonful of sugar.
This card will be used for a crafting friend whom will appreciate the value of the items that I have used!
recipe -

crochet flower - stash
spacer - stash
ribbon - stash
leaves - l com punch
gems - stash
brad - papermania

  11. Hi Vicky!
This is gorgeous! I love all the "specials" you've added to this! I'm sure your friend will appreciate all the work & love that went into making it! beautifully done!
Sorry I haven't been around much, we're on vacation in Arizona, spending some time with family! We drove cross-country and won't get back to Pennsylvania until about the middle of May! I'm not sure if the candy made it yet, as the post office is holding all our mail until we return! I'll let you know when we get home!
Hope you can get back to normal crafting soon! Though you seem to be creating beautifully at your kitchen table! I brought a few supplies with me on vacation but it's quite hard working with limited supplies! I miss my stuff!
I have limited computer time too, so I'll catch up with you more when I return home!
    Take care!!
    Blessings, Maria
